Charles Warren, Owner and CEO of Palmtree Resort Properties, has nearly four decades of experience in the commercial / residential construction industry. He has built quality products for doctors and families across the nation. Before founding Palmtree Resort Properties, Charles was the Owner and President of Med-Tech Construction. He worked hard for many years to build a reputable business from the ground up, and sold the company recently after it had grown to become recognized as one of the leading medical facility builders in the United States.
A lifelong native of the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex, Charles, his wife and three children have made their home in the area for more than 35 years. One of his proudest moments was when his son, Brad, chose to partner with him to found Palmtree Resort Properties.
Before becoming the company’s Co-owner and President, Brad Warren graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in entrepreneurship. He is a certified NUDURA Insulated Concrete Forms Installer, and has worked within the construction industry. Brad brings a fresh energy to every new project on which he collaborates. And he is honored to join his father to help deliver a luxury custom home that exceeds your family’s expectations at every level.
